Position Overview

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy, implementing automation workflows, and driving engagement through marketing and sales modules. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Roles & Responsibilities

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of the firm, providing exceptional service to clients while maintaining a focus on operational excellence.

CRM Management: 

  • Manage and maintain the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. 
  • Create, update, and manage workflows, pipelines, sequences, and automation. 
  • Ensure seamless integration of CRM with other tools or platforms (e.g., website forms, webinar tools). 

Campaign Management and Optimization: 

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies. 
  • Track, report, and analyze performance metrics related to leads, conversions, campaigns, and overall CRM effectiveness. 
  • Regularly clean, segment, and enrich contact and company data in the CRM. 

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: 

  • Support the setup and monitoring of lead scoring systems and contact lifecycle stages. 
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting for internal teams. 
  • Provide actionable insights to improve CRM processes and performance. 

Training and Support: 

  • Train and support internal team members on CRM usage and best practices. 
  • Stay updated on new CRM features and recommend improvements accordingly. 

Candidate Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. 
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with CRM systems (Sales & Marketing Modules). 
  • Understanding of sales and marketing automation workflows. 
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM reports, dashboards, and campaign analytics. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide system-level support.
